The conditions of the hijab.
The hijab is self-expression but it is also worship.
Wearing the headscarf means wanting to obey and submit to our Creator. So it is important to wear it correctly.
Here are its conditions:
Scholars are unanimous as to its obligation and several verses in the Holy Quran state it, here is part of a verse:
“And tell the believing women to lower their gaze, to keep their chastity, and to show of their finery only what appears, and to draw down their veil on their breasts; …”
{Surah 24 - Verse 31}
