Terms and conditions

Below you will find the General Conditions of Sale applying to your purchase, which aim to explain your rights. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope that your purchases will take place in very good conditions.

Delivery

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received. They are shipped via Colissimo or via Mondial Relay with a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
With Modial Relay You will have to go to the relay point you have chosen following payment for your order. If you do not collect your delivery on time, additional charges may apply. We reserve the right to cancel the order if delivery is not collected on time.

Any promotional item cannot be returned or exchanged.

Price

Prices are indicated in euros including tax. These prices do not take into account delivery costs which are added during validation of the order. Prices cannot be modified once the customer's order has been validated.

MYM'S DRESSING reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability.

Cancellation and modification

Once your purchase has been validated, no cancellation or modification can be made to your order.

Order

All product orders are subject to product availability. In the event of unavailability of a product in stock, we reserve the right to inform you of the possibility of ordering another product of the same or higher value. If you do not wish to order these replacement products, we will refund your money.
